Inner Guidance: Listenting to Your Own and Helping Others Listen to Theirs
Course Description

For millennia, spiritual and psychological thinkers have sought to discern, understand, and follow their inner guidance and help others to do the same. Inner guidance is invaluable to personal healing and living an independent, creative and fulfilling life connected to others and contributing to the larger world. This workshop explores transpersonal, psychological and somatic perspectives. Practices for activating, testing and living this inner guidance and helping others to do the same will also be explored.
